Parenting can be as challenging as it is rewarding. It’s especially trying when your young child is struggling in their daycare or preschool setting or even in their relationships at home. I offer a variety of educational consultation services as well as parenting skills support to help you as a parent gain a better understanding of your child’s behaviors, feelings, and needs both at home and at school. 

 

EducationalConsultation services for your child may include:

• a parent consultation in my office,

• an in-class observation of your child,

• consultation with your child’s teacher and other school personnel,

• a play-based assessment in my office

• referrals/resources for other professionals as needed

 I also offer Playing and Parenting: Child Parent Relationship Training (10 Session Evidence-Based Workshop Series) to help you learn valuable parenting skills and most importantly to help you reconnect with your child using your child’s natural method of communication PLAY!
